The Team

We are a collaborative group of CPG veterans consisting of former merchants, supplier team leads, sales, replenishment, and analytics professionals with a proven track record of delivering growth for our clients and businesses. 

Owner – Clay Goforth

Clay has spent the last 20+ years launching, growing, and managing brands in categories across the store including pet, adult bev, food and beverage, automotive, lawn and garden, housewares, health and beauty, and multicultural care.  A quintessential "people person," Clay builds deep relationships with clients and retailers on the foundation of authenticity, transparency, generosity, and results.  He has an incredible track record of pioneering new brands into existence AND growing larger established brands into greater prominence in a very competitive marketplace. 

On the personal side, Clay is married to his lovely wife, Lori, and together raise their 5 daughters on a small piece of land outside of Fayetteville, AR.  Clay is an avid outdoorsman as well, and loves to fish, hunt, hike, and spend time outside with the family.
